Foldees.com – Designer Greeting Cards in Malaysia
2 Comments · Posted by Teh Theng Heng in Cool Apps / Sites, I Recommend, Malaysia Website

Foldees.com was featured in the Surf! Malaysia Issue 10 recently.
This is a site where you can purchase designer greeting cards online.
What I like about this site:
- currently the site has around 70 greeting cards to choose from
- it is only USD 2.00 per card
- you buy 4, you get free 1
- for designers, you can submit your designed cards to earn royalties and even prizes. The site has regular contest for submission.
- visitors can comment on their design
- they have a fan site at facebook
What I would recommend:
- it would be a great buzz to have greeting cards for the coming Hari Raya season soon. *a bit too late now*
- have a contest for the upcoming Christmas greetings / New Year greetings
It is a site worth visiting!

My bro just got a call today noon from "Hotlink" saying that he just won RM 7,000 on Hotlink top-up contest. They told him that he needs to give them his Maybank account number. **Sounds fishy to me.** Anyway, my bro ask them to call him back in 15 minutes.
Well, me and my bro call up the real Hotlink line, 1300 820 120 to rectify the authenticity. We were told that it was a scam contest by a Indonesia group. Hotlink have known about this and are on to them!
To our surprise, the scammer did call back, and we told them we know their intention. They simply brush us off by saying if you do not want it, we will give it to others.
So folks, NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD. So BEWARE!

How did they now my notebook is on my car boot?
No comments · Posted by Teh Theng Heng in LifeLog

This is a very important issue. If you think thiefs would not notice there’s a notebook in your boot, think again!
Nowadays, thiefs in Malaysia are high-tech too. Heard about it from the WWW, that they use cheap affordable look-alike walkie talkie (aka spectrum analyzer) to detect your notebook. I haven’t seen it before, but now you know there’s a gadget that can do that, would you risk your precious notebook to be stolen?
