Recently I dropped by at the bookstore (MPH Bookstore, Bukit Bintang), and saw these beautifully made bookmarks. Priced at RM 9.90, this is a cool gift especially for book lovers.

These bookmarks were produced by Paperclip Pte Ltd (http://www.paper-clip.com.sg), ~~although I must admit their website needs a fix~~.

Today’s review is a promotional products supplier website, Gimmees.com from New Jersey, USA.

What I really like about the site was:

easy to navigate and use
provides the latest promotional products, company promotional items, top selling products and so forth
browse the products by category
buying the products online is easy, you can even have your company logo on custom imprinted pens, bags, cups and apparel
online customer support, i.e. you can chat with them live!
you can have the option to order your items in normal or express delivery

The only thing they don’t have is there is no option for international order. Other than that, this site rocks!

The Electronic Gift Card (EGC) is much like a pre-paid card. It looks like a credit card and is very convenient to use. A customer can use any portion of the EGC and the balance remains on the card. The EGCs will initial come in 6 designs. Our EGCs are printed without a set denomination to allow flexibility for customers to determine what amount best meets their needs. Any denomination between RM20.00 and RM1,000.00 is accepted. However, these gift cards are not reloadable and additional value cannot be added once the amount of the card is determined by a sale. And it can only be used to purchase Borders merchandise. It has no expire date and are valid until all value has been used from the card. It is a great gift for booklovers!

My Review:
For single-sided printed page
10 single side printed pages & 1 title page for RM 69.00 (approx USD 19.13)

For double-sided printed page
10 double side printed pages & 1 title page for RM 89.00 (approx USD 24.68)

I think it is a bit costly for additional page. This might not be affordable for teens with tons of pictures taken from digital camera (nowadays 1Gig of memory storage, which can hold approximately 720 hi-res picture). I recommend some promotion package for these kind of requirements. Adding more free themes is a must.

My Review
Although in Malaysia, T-Shirts can be bought for a mere RM 10.00 for 2 in “Pasar Malam” (Night markets), these are quality t-shirts equivalent to soccer jersey and customised for your own imagination.
