What I really like about the site was:

• easy to navigate and use
• provides the latest promotional products, company promotional items, top selling products and so forth
• browse the products by category
• buying the products online is easy, you can even have your company logo on custom imprinted pens, bags, cups and apparel
• online customer support, i.e. you can chat with them live!
• you can have the option to order your items in normal or express delivery

The only thing they don’t have is there is no option for international order. Other than that, this site rocks!
